Our Newborn Baby

At 41 weeks I didn't go into labor still 1 cm at the outer cervix. We kept on monitoring the baby's heartbeat through CTG, I as well kept on monitoring my bp as it went high on my 8th month. A bit alarmed when his CTG response was not good but maybe the reason was he's sleeping. On the following day I got ultrasound again to check the amniotic fluid though the water is still okay we're a bit worried to the estimated size of the baby, it says that it's over 10 lbs. Afraid that I can't deliver it normally as the size is quite big and we're running out of time as it needs to be out before 42 weeks we decided to have an elective c-section.
